Synopsis:
New York, 1775 – In a desperate move to regain control of the American colonies, the British have allied themselves with the dark forces of the occult. The fledgling nation’s only hope is the masked spy known as “The Black Coat!”

The Black Coat will once again have a presence at the annual Pittsburgh Comic-con. This year’s show will be held the weekend of April 15-17, at the Monroeville Convention Center. In more “same-bat” news, we’ll be at booth
S089, pretty much the same spot as last year. It should be a lot of fun and we look forward to seeing everyone  – new friends or old. Ben will be there all weekend signing books and doing sketches. Be sure to stop by!!

Ben will be a guest at the 2nd annual Pittsburgh Comic & Collectibles show at Century III Mall in Pittsburgh this Sunday, November 14th. If you’re in the area, come out and visit. While you’re there, don’t miss a chance to meet other comic creators and industry legends like Jim Shooter, Ron Frenz, and Pat Olliffe! BC books will be on sale and Ben will be signing and doing free sketches!

I wanted to post a special thanks to Ian and the rest of the blokes at Uncanny Comics in Worthing, West Sussex in the UK! They’ve been big fans and great supporters of The Black Coat from day one. I sent Ian a pinup a little while back and, despite the Black Coat’s status as a rebel yank, they hung it in the store’s front window! Cool!

The Black Coat will be making his first ever appearance at the Steel City Con at the Monroeville Convention Center in Monroeville, PA this weekend!
